Professor Pamela Zarkowski, JD, MPH, is Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Detroit Mercy. An educator for more than 45 years, she holds an MPH in Dental Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University. A nationally recognized speaker and author on legal, ethical, and professional issues in dentistry, she has delivered hundreds of presentations and authored numerous publications. She continues to teach and lecture in continuing education programs and is a past president of the American Dental Education Association and the American Society for Dental Ethics.
